Power For Passion Fitness-  "Stretch To Dance"

This form of fitness is fun, safe, professional and effective.  This class incorporates Pilates, strength training and some basic contemporary floor dance movements to build strength, flexibility, self confidence and overall fitness.  We will target abdominals, back, shoulders, hips, hamstrings as well as arms and legs by utilizing resistance training, toning, cardio, flexibility, balance, stability and coordination. 

Stretching helps us keep/maintain proper body alignment and posture.  This class will help condition new or non dancers and martial artists alike, and enhance strength and flexibility by using dance and martial arts movements.  
Stretching techniques will range from beginning to advance.

$60 - Private Class for 60 minutes (Northridge Area) We travel to you!  
$35 (Per person) Semi-Private for 45 minutes 3 students per class ( Northridge Area) We travel to you
