Began dancing in 2008 and fell in love. She began to learn about personal training to gain strength and improve her control of her body; in 2010 she started training others after studying anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology as well as going through the ACE personal trainer's program. Then in 2012 she found aerial acrobatics and went bonkers for it! She loved that it took her dance to a new level. All three things--dance, personal training, and aerial dance--are integral in her career as a teacher and performer. Lyndsey loves her job and couldn't be happier. Skills: Pole, Silk and Aerial Hoop
