Skills: Aerial Pole and Fire dance: I do fleshing, which is basically contact fire. The fire stays on my body. I perform it indoors at nightclubs in Hollywood all the time. It's very well contained, and not dangerous to the audience at all Lyndsey
Began dancing in 2008 and fell in love. She began to learn about personal training to gain strength and improve her control of her body; in 2010 she started training others after studying anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology as well as going through the ACE personal trainer's program. Then in 2012 she found aerial acrobatics and went bonkers for it! She loved that it took her dance to a new level. All three things--dance, personal training, and aerial dance--are integral in her career as a teacher and performer. Lyndsey loves her job and couldn't be happier. This documents my journey in the enlightening psycho-spiritual lifestyle that I’ve chosen, in hopes of empowering all types of women to follow their own unique journey. Because after years of feeling lost and uncertain of my own existence in the world, I’ve finally found something genuine within myself. I found passion, something I had never experienced in my life before. I could relate this feeling to falling in love, I had never felt this way about anything I had ever done in my life. I fell in love with pole dancing and everything beautiful that it encompasses beyond love, because it was something solely for me. So through my thoughts and raw emotions you will find me expressing all of it through pole dance, fitness, and health. Skill: Pole and Silk Reiko
